I find it surprising that that you think the Brick analogy is SS racing.
Given the amount of SS racing I have done over the years, SS can be the most demanding of all tracks. When you are running side by side, bumper to bumper, lap after lap, you are using your throttle and brake like you will no where else.
In fact, the only time I can see the brick analogy, is when I have raced with people who think like that. Thats when I usually take the car home in a basket.
Great setups by the way. But not in agreement with you about SS's.

to the TOE OUT question......In theory, more toe out should be more stable and less twitchy in the corner....less toe out should be a little faster on straight. anyone know or think differently? i think u should run as low toe out that you can handle, everywhere.

per toe in you increase outer front tire temps and decrease inner front tire temps, per toe out other way round, thats the only effect i remarked with that, does it really change car behaviour?

Volker, I love your setups. But I have a tally question. I get real tight in a pack, like a bad areo push then i I over correct and start wobbling all over the place. I can't keep it straight in turns 1 and 2. I'm ok in 3 and 4. I have lots of experience at this track, but I can't fix this. Am I too loose, too tight? Is there an areo push?
Thanks
You had posted this into the NC thread, so I moved it and my reply into the Dega thread. - VH

Well I think there's some kind of bump between turns 1 and 2 which can make the car snap a little loose, especially in qualifying. Imo, the best way to avoid it is sliding up a little just before you cross it (just a tad...not all the way into the upper groove) , tightening the car makes it too tight exiting turn 2 if you ask me.

Volker,
My car gets real tight in and out of the turns and in the middle it zigzags back and forth. I can't control it. How can I fix this? Any advice? I've driven this track a lot, but my car just feels too sensitive. I'm using your setup. The SS give me this problem.

Well, the setup I posted is meant to be as fast as possible...which means that you have to accept some restraints as far as grip / handling are concerned.
In order to increase grip, you could lower the tire pressures (especially left sides), use softer and equal front springs, a neutral or slightly negative wedge setting, maybe adjust front bias and soften the front sway bar.
I have the same problems you have, but I just drive around them as far as it is possible because all those changes I mentioned above will slow you down.
- turn the wheel early enough to prevent the car from pushing at the entry
- slide up a little (just a tad...not all the way up into the upper groove) in the middle of turn 1 and 2 in order to avoid getting loose on the bump there and in order to get a straight line out of turn 2
- do not straighten the wheel just before the exit, otherwise it will be very hard to make the car come around
- never ever touch the apron

Thanks for the advice. I use your setups usually with minor changes. But the SS are giving me a problem. Maybe it's my wheel, Actlabs RS. Thanks For you help

Those ratings only influence a car's speed when it's driven by the AI...so it doesn't matter if they're set to 0 or 100 for a human driver.
Not sure, maybe BR tweaked the AI speed? I've never driven that track with AI cars and never will, so I'm just guessing. What kind of lap times do the AI cars hit in qual at 70F clear, no wind?

DegaBR needs a different setup. If you run BR online with a normal dega setup, you wont keep up either. Try to loosen it up a little and drive in the middle of the track not the high line and not the low line.

In most cases, adjusting gears and tape is enough, but with certain wind conditions, you might have to loosen or tighten the car a bit.
