I noticed all of your setups (but maybe the SS setup, didn't check that out) have minimum track bar and the weight fairly far back. Did you have any specific goal while doing these changes, like moving load to the LR? All of those changes seem to be shooting for that goal, correct me if I'm wrong Also, your tire PSI seem to be quite low, wouldn't raising them a bit to the optimum help you in a long run? Just a few question, the setups do feel great and have very good tire wear

It makes me faster...that's the goal.

They're actually quite high I think...after a couple of laps, the middle of the tire is warmer than the average temperature of inside and outside...

Darn

Hmm, I remember reading that with the patch, the middle and the hottest edge of the tire should be a lot closer than before, maybe even equal, and that the average of inner and outer temps will usually be too low. I think you know this already, but the optimum for temps will be about 220 for the inside, and about 250 for the outside tires. The optimum hot pressures are about 32-34 on the inside, and 56 on the outside.

Keep up the good work.

What's the fastest lap you can get with your race setup Volker? For say during the first 4 laps.

28.5 w/o draft, but I'd never push that hard in a race, not even with 10 to go.

Do you have a fuel run stint of lap times so we can see how well the tire wear for that setup is?

No...
I did a 40 lap run offline, 29.0 in the first 10 Laps (I prefer starting slowly...), 29.9 after 40 laps. RF tire turned yellow in lap 39, RR in lap 38.

Hi Volker,

Volker,

your setup is wow... Awesome mate

I don´t know what to say but this setup is really great for fast drivers. Little bit loose but that´s no problem if you manage to drive the car with brake and throttle. Great job mate. Well done

Volker

Very nice set.

Actually rather amazing how the car drifts/floats through the corners with total control via throttle steering.

What changes have you made to stretch it for a 60 lap fuel run?
