There is no US Version only a normal and a V1 Setup the V1 puts a little bit more to the left.

The author's name is Ullrich U Kratochwil K.

The prefix on the setup has nothing to do with the United Kingdom or anything metric. His setups work just fine on the current patch of n2003, very safe, stable, and they take care of tires. I have been a fan for several years, and I also want to say thanks to Ullrich.
