Two thumbs up! This is an excellent setup and I was for once in a long long time actualy competitive on the track. More personal records broken and even battling for 5th position (not bad for the usual backmarker!). Poor pit timing made me lose a position, but it got me one of the most memorable races ever

thank you thank you thank you thank you

Hey Ullrich,

First I want to start out saying what a pleasure it is running your setups every week. I have some very decent finishes in my rookie cup year!

I just wanted to ask if you knew anything that would fine tune your setup for 91 degrees, Cloudy, 8MPH SW wind.

Thanks in advanced,
Jason

Awsome Mich set sir - 08-17-2004, 06:27 PM

thanks a million for that MICH set. 193.9 all by myself in Race mode. Even if my german is a little rusty :-) I spent 4 years in Geisen Germany back in my army days

Keep up the great work in these setups and THANKYOU

yeah Ulli you will have to advance your setup strategy into those longer races of 21 laps mate

bristol is all over within 5 minutes and i still have 188 laps of fuel left

I bet your Nurburgring set would rock though

It all depends on what you expect from the setups.

While I wasn't too happy with this setup this time either, Ulli's setups are usually for car control and not for speed all the way. Therefor, if try to hard to make real fast laps you usually push the car to hard and get a strong understeer and tire wear which eventually leads to real bad handling and early pit stops.

So, if you feel good on a track and able to handle a more difficult setup, try Volker's - but if you have difficulties, like me on Bristol for example, you really should stick with Ulli's setups.

Hi.

I'm brand new to this website. Haven't tried any of your setups yet but definitely in the market for a "safe" setup )

What is the difference between the first setup and the V1 setup?

Looking forward to trying this setup thanks.

V1 is a newer setup

To remember for all, i try to make safe setups for beginners not high performance setups.

I also am new to this, as were my father has been doing this for a few years now. He is the one that told me about this site and directed me to vh's setups. I now have ran 6 races and have had decent finishes. I tried your setup for mich. And in our monday night practice race I turned the fast lap of the night. I will be back for more of your setups keep up the good work. Safe will always finish a race and more then likely will be there to win it also.

I'm pretty new to racing this sim online. I appreciate the fact that you are making your setups to give the new guys a safe setup to use to so that they can start gaining racing experience.

Keep up the good work. I'll gladly recommend your sets to anyone newer to racing online.

Thanks,

Jon Snow

First off, Danke, Ulli your set ups are awsome for a begiiner like me.
Second, I can tell you with your setups I have been consitantly with in 1 - 2 seconds off the track records. So for speed...yeah whatever.
