I've been running it on the original track and it has been working well. I don't think you could get away with that light of spring setting at 20 degrees banking.

This Setup is for the normal version of track not the banked!

On this picture is a advanced version of my V1 Setup and this pic shows a little program my friend wrotes.

I would like to say thanks for another stable setup. I have a tendency to overheat the right front tire, but that's probably because I tend to overdrive the car. Could you tell what lap times you start out with, and when the lap times start to go bad?

Regards,
Thomas

Starting in Homestead with 36,800-36,900 times for the first 5-6 laps then it goes to the 37 low until lap 30-40 then goes worst.

Found a link for Temp and Setup Analysis:

Cool, thanks.

Overheating is probably not the right term actually. The tire in itself doesn't get too hot, but the temperature spread from RF to RR is too big I think, as it gets to about 30F when I start pushing a little bit.

If you were to loosen it up a bit on corner exit, hwat would you do? Take out some wedge, move the weight back, raise the track bars or something completely different?

regards,
Thomas Hjorth

Nevermind. I'll try the tips from the "virtual crewchief" before getting back for some more advice

When you enter the garage menu there is a button in the upper right corner labeled 'Export'. That one will export at .html version of your current setup.

Thanks for the great setup! I was able to run a best time of 36.9 at 80 degrees, and managed to lap the field in an 81 lap race! I pitted just past the halfway point with both front tires in the yellow. I had to loosen the car up a bit off the turns but the setup was a great place to start! Thanks!

.........this is a little program named N2003SP made by a friend of mine, you are able to open every N2003 setup outside of the game in windowsexplorer with a simple doubleclick, i have to ask him for public version........

Man, I don't know what the other good drivers, that come here say and do. Have seen many good comments. But, for me thanks a million for the setup challenged, me. volk43
