Hi All,

In around 2006, Volker created a real weather setup guide for NR2003 in German which was posted at virtualracing.org where he raced in a league.

With the help of igoogle and a friend, I managed to translate into English. Even though he doesn't play NR2003 any more, Volker was kind enough to:

• review the document (although the Glossary had not been completed when he reviewed, so any errors therein are mine!);
• Correct errors in the translation;
• Update some sections where the information was outdated (ie turned out to be wrong).

I have learned a lot about setting up for cloudy and for temperature changes from Volker's insights, and he has given permission for me to post here!
