Your sets are wonderful but volkers sets seam to stay loose even after tire warmups .And im sure its me .The car just wants to come around on me all the time . Iknow i have to get smoother in the turns .Any thoughts from the experts would b app greatly.Iwould rather b tighter at the start for this rookie lol .Ihad prob at newhampshire the other nite ;lost it in the turns and every one was going by me .Anyway thank you in advance .I have won a couple of times with your tally set so it is mostly on the flat tracks ty dmar.

Where did you lose it at Loudon, on entry or on exit?

Just practice bud. VH got me my first win at New Hampshire Friday night, though ive always ran good with his setups there. All i did was raise the track bar a half round, and lowered the air in the rear tires a half pound for a bit better feel on long runs. Youll get it, just keep turning laps.

On entry .I guess i mite b going in to fast , but to me it seams like im on egg shells in the turns all the time .The league i run in only allows 2 cautions that you cause then you got to go .Iraced fixed leagues for years so the smaller flat tracks are the worst for me .Ty for your quick response .Ive learned a lot by reading your coments volker ty so much and of cource others that post as well ty dmar.

You can get loose on entry at Loudon by either locking up the rear wheels under braking, or by entering the corners too fast because you don't brake hard enough, for example because the setup has a brake bias setting you can't drive which makes you hesistate to use the brakes properly. Did you try to adjust it? I always use 50% as that is my preferred setting, but many people can't drive this way and need significantly higher values in the 65+% range.

Like Volker said move the brake forward, it also helps to move the weight of the car a bit to the front ( 2 to 4 clicks) and maybe set the tire pressure a couple of clicks lower, that should put the car a little less on the edge
