Las Vegas-Night 2006 Track - 03-02-2008, 07:34 PM

If anyone could help me out...I would greatly Appreciate it....I'm still learning how to tweak a set-up to go faster..here at this track I'm using Volkers Texas Set-Up with a 3.688 Rear Diff Gear but could only get the car to run 28.383 to 28.630 this is a 20 lap run......any suggestions on how to get the car to dip into the low 27 second range???
the only change to Volkers Texas set-up was the rear end gear and the right track bar up to 9.00...i love the way the car handles..just was wondering how to get it to go faster
thanks for any help

I can not take the credit for this set-up....all i did was used Volker Hackmann's Texas set-up with the following tweaks..move weight back one click...raised right track bar up to 9.00 depends on weather or just how easy you want it to turn for you then i used a 3.688 rear end diff gear....this was to the race 70F clear set-up......
all i did for the qualify set-up was moved right track bar up to 9.00 and ran a 3.750 rear end gear....that was all to the qualify i did.......you just have to run the car down to the white line in every corner otherwise the bumps will upset the car and you will drift to the out-side wall then get wall-glued from the soft walls....but like i said Volker should get the credit for this one......

I used the "race" setup that came with the track. I changed the RF camber to -1 (I believe) and I run 27.5 without pushing too hard (racing offline). However, I've been doing short runs.
