Need Help Dialing In Indy Cts Setup -

I'm Currently Using My Pocono Setup For Indy. Its Not Really That Great But All Ive Got With Race Tonight (league). Problem Is My Tires Are Smoking Hot After About 7 Laps. Any Advice Would Be Appreciated Or Another Setup Would Be Appreciated.
