Which operating system do you use (Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 98...), and do you know what .zip or .rar files are?

.rar files are most commonly opened with WinRAR, they are more or less the same thing as .zip files. Do you also have issues with any other files posted here?

Yes I do, I cant open any files on here. Do I need to download some software or have the game or what? I appreciate you helping me by the way.

Since I cant get them open, my biggest issue is no grip in the left front, I have to slow down to 130 in turn 1 on pocono. How can I remedy this?

Well all the setups posted here are for NASCAR Racing 2003 season or for one of the various stock car mods for rfactor, which are both PC (or Mac) games, and these files can only be opened in the respective game.
