Major Forum upgrade

The Setup-Guru Forums will probably be upgraded to vBulletin 3.0 RC 3 this weekend. I'll give fair warning before I shut the board down to upgrade; it'll be on Sunday night (GMT +1:00 hour Central Europe Time).

the look is completely different. I will change the style with the gold release of vBulletin 3.0
