The tires already start to lose grip on your 2nd qual lap, so you have to enter turn 3 a little slower than on your first lap.

If you have those problems in race trim, it indicates that you're just starting too quickly. If your best hot lap is a 29.0, start with 29.3s or slower (or a little faster with a good draft). Just make sure that you don't have more than 235-240°F in the middle of the right front tire, at least not for several laps.
