Great setup.
For Q, I used 100% GT and Front Sway Bar +2. BLAP was 174.312 after a few laps (at 70F).

For R, I used 65% GT and Track Bars +2 to get a looser setup.

IMO Race GT should be set so that Oil and Water temp remains below 220F.
