Hi Ronnie,

I am assuming you are referring to Cup, I have run a 1:40.487 using Volker's Infineon setup with different gearing.

Diff Ratio: 4.000
Transmission Ratios 2.067:1, 1.556:1, 1.261:1 and 1.043:1

The main issue I have running this track is that the hairpin is so tight I need a high first gear trans ratio, so I tend to oversteer coming out of other corners when in first gear.

I do have the replay for the lap above, but for some reason all my Montreal replay files are very large (6mb for 1 lap when zipped). I'm not sure why this occurs, as it doesn't seem to happen for other tracks.

If you PM me your email address I can try to send it to you.

I am not good at Road Courses, so I would say you will be able to run a similar time with that setup.

I would suggest not comparing your lap times to Richard Towler's - it will just make you unhappy.

Cheers

Brad
