You can find the Download-Link in the Race-Thread at the XNSRL-ICS-Sub-Forum.

There is also a file-list included so you can easily check whether you have the correct track already installed on your PC (without downloading the 10 MB-Track-File!).

The installation of the track is very simple - just an unzip, nothing more.
