I've tried increasing wing but it's still a little to loose. I'm also a noob and I'm just playing around with various configurations.
Well Maxiums,

You are cruzin man! I am glad others can drive my setups faster than I can, because my blap is a 1:03....yea I am slow lol.

That corner you are talking about is where a ton of weight is off the ground, work on your entry getting into there and keep the car straight, if you are off a little bit either way, when the weight shifts up into the air you'll lose the rear end in that direction.

Personally I would move the weight forward or increase your front downforce, I could be wrong but that would fix that problem. Be sure to coast through that corner and I keep it in 4th gear so that I can mat on the gas right when I come down to the semi-sweeping right hander after the dip.

The left-right combo I have finally gotten used to and can keep it on the floor. Just try to keep it going left till the last moment and don't jerk it right but try to hit the apex straight and be very smooth. The elevation change causes the uneasiness when going through that fast combo.

Try those things and if you still can't pick up speed, send me your setup and I'll see if I can fix it.
